Demi Chef Parsi Bhasker of Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai was declared the silver winner in the Demi Chef of the Year category at Hozpitality Group’s 2nd Middle East Chef Excellence Awards held in Dubai recently. The prestigious event was attended by over 300 top chefs from across the Middle East and was supported by the Emirates Culinary Guild and ICCA Dubai. The panel of judges included prominent hospitality professionals and experts.
