Born and raised in Napoli, he served Carluccio’s UK with delicious Italian food for 2 years after which, his love for Italian cuisine brought him to the UAE to lead the culinary development for Carluccio’s UAE & Qatar. Inspired by Antonio Carluccio, Chef Roberto believes in MOF, MOF – Minimum of Fuss, Maximum of Flavour, using the best ingredients & treating them well, which is widely reflected in the recipes and menus developed by him.
