The developers of Tycoon Tower, a towering 233-meter building in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, aim to make it a prominent landmark in the area. While no specifics such as key count, facilities, or opening date have been disclosed, the property will feature an infinity on its rooftop. Millennium Hotels & Resorts, led by newly-appointed CEO Fahad Abdulrahim Kazim, will manage the five-star hotel, which is a joint project with Nile Developments, one of the largest real estate developers in the New Administrative Capital.
Tycoon Tower is one of four towers in the Nile Business City project, which also includes an administrative tower and Nile City Center, the project’s commercial hub. Millennium CEO Kazim expressed excitement about the project, which marks the company’s entry into Egypt, a key part of its growth strategy in Africa. The hotel will be a Grand Millennium, the company’s international flagship five-star brand.
