أبوظبي في 9 يناير / وام / أطلق جهاز أبوظبي للمحاسبة تطبيقه الهاتفي الذكي الذي يتضمن عدداً من المبادرات التي أطلقها الجهاز منها "منصة واجب" التي تتيح لكافة أفراد المجتمع الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات فساد مالي أو إداري قد تلحق بالأموال والموارد العامة ليس فقط للتحقيق فيها، وإنما لمنع حدوثها أيضاً وبالتالي تشجيع الحس بالمسؤولية المشتركة والثقافة الرقابية في الحفاظ على الموارد العامة في إمارة أبوظبي.
وجاء إطلاق تطبيق الهاتف الذكي انطلاقاً من ريادة الجهاز في مجال التحول الرقمي بما يتواءم مع رؤية حكومة أبوظبي الرقمية، ودوره في الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد العامة واستدامتها والارتقاء بمبادئ النزاهة والمساءلة والشفافية.
ويعمل الجهاز بشكلٍ مستمر على ابتكار وتطوير منصات رقمية وفقاً لأعلى المعايير المتبعة في جودة الخدمات وأمن المعلومات والتي تعتمد على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والاستخدام الآمن للبيانات من خلال الحفاظ على السرية التامة للمستخدمين، بهدف تعزيز ثقافة المساءلة والمحاسبة ورفع مستويات الشفافية والنزاهة سواء على مستوى الأفراد أو على مستوى الجهات والشركات الحكومية بما يعزز سمعة إمارة أبوظبي والثقة في نظامها المالي والاقتصادي.
ويمكن تحميل تطبيق ADAA SMART المتوفر على جوجل بلاي و آبل ستور، لتمكين جميع فئات المجتمع من الوصول إلى منصات ومبادرات الجهاز بكل سهولة. مثل منصة واجب ومنصة مدققي الحسابات ومنصة الإفصاح عن الذمم المالية هذا بالإضافة إلى إمكانية الراغبين بالالتحاق بالعمل في جهاز أبوظبي للمحاسبة استكمال نموذج طلب التوظيف عبر المنصة ورفع المستندات المطلوبة بكل سهولة.
وتعليقاً على هذه الخطوة، أشار المتحدث باسم الجهاز الى أن مسيرة التحول الرقمي تعكس رؤيتنا وسعينا الدائم للاستغلال الأمثل للموارد العامة، حيث يأتي إطلاق التطبيق ADAA SMART تماشياً مع المحاور الرئيسية لأجندة أجندة أبوظبي الرقمية، المتمثلة في الخدمات الحكومية وكيفية الاستفادة من القنوات الرقمية، وكذلك الحلول الحكومية الرقمية، بالإضافة إلى الاستفادة من أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات الضخمة.
ودعا الجهاز كافة موظفي حكومة أبوظبي وأفراد المجتمع إلى تحميل التطبيق والاطلاع على مبادرات ومنصات جهاز أبوظبي للمحاسبة التي تصب في استراتيجيته في الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد العامة واستدامتها.
ABU DHABI, 9th January, 2023 (WAM) — Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) has launched the ADAA Smart application that offers several features, including access to the Wajib platform.
The app allows individuals to report financial or administrative misconduct that may be caused to public funds and resources, not only to investigate, but also to prevent them from happening.
The launch aims to encourage the sense of shared responsibility and promote a culture of awareness in preserving public resources in Abu Dhabi.
ADAA developed its digital platforms based on the highest global quality and information security standards as well as utilising the latest artificial intelligence technologies and optimal use of data. In addition, the app maintains user-confidentiality and privacy, promoting the value of accountability and raising the integrity of awareness of government employees and individuals, enhancing the emirate’s position and trust in its financial and economic systems.
The ADAA Smart app can be downloaded from Google Play and Apple Store, allowing all community members to access ADAA’s initiatives and platforms with convenience and ease including Wajib Platform, statutory auditors services, as well as the financial disclosure platform for senior government employees.
An ADAA spokesperson said that the digital transformation process reflects the authority’s vision and mandate to safeguard public funds, and that the creation of the ADAA Smart app is in line with the main themes of Abu Dhabi’s digitalisation agenda: government services, how to utilise and benefit from digital channels, government solutions that support joint digital transformation initiatives between government entities in Abu Dhabi, utilising artificial intelligence systems, and enhancing the emirate’s proactive role across many areas, including achieving high levels of integrity and transparency.
