Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) Curates ‘Ramadan in Dubai’ Festivities for Community from March 23 to April 21

DFRE (Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment) has organized “Ramadan in Dubai” festivities for the community from March 23 to April 21 to celebrate Ramadan. The event offers Iftar and Suhoor, Ramadan markets, festive citywide lighting, and retail offers. The event also includes family entertainment and hotel stays, and there will be opportunities for acts of charity and generosity.

During Ramadan, the city will be decorated with beautiful lighting installations at landmarks, trees, roadsides, and shopping destinations. DFRE’s CEO Ahmed Al Khaja stated that this event is meant to celebrate the heritage and culture of the UAE and bring people together. In addition, visitors can enjoy local delicacies such as dates, honey, Arabic sweets, and decorative items, while some hotels and resorts will offer buffet or outdoor Iftar and Suhoor options. There will also be traditional entertainment, including oud and qanun players, after Iftar every weekend between March 24 and April 23.
