Construction has begun on ORLA, an ultra-luxury branded residence by Dorchester Collection in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah. The project, which is managed by Dorchester Collection and designed by Foster + Partners, includes three structures and features 85 two-to-four-bedroom homes, three sky palaces, and a large private mansion. The project also offers residents exclusive access to a private beach club, an outdoor infinity pool, a private cinema, a fitness center, a business center, a multi-functional events space, and library and cigar lounges.
