Mashreq, one of the leading financial institutions in the UAE, is the first bank to go live with its digital IPO subscription through its mobile application. The bank’s retail customers can now generate a National Investor number (NIN), open a brokerage account in Mashreq Securities and subscribe digitally to the Tecom initial public offering (IPO) and other IPOs listed on Dubai Financial Market (DFM) through the Mashreq Mobile Banking App.

Mashreq retail customers will be able to benefit from a seamless digital experience allowing them to register their interest for upcoming IPOs, receive important information on listing dates, key highlights of the organization, and various ways to subscribe and make payments instantly through a click of a button.

To further facilitate investor participation ahead of the Tecom IPO, Mashreq will be offering its retail customers with a DFM investor number (NIN) and a trading account number on a real-time basis through a strategic collaboration between Mashreq Securities, the brokerage and securities division of Mashreq Bank and Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

The entire onboarding journey will be completely paperless and can be completed in a few minutes allowing Mashreq customers to leverage their subscription into the Tecom IPO by up to 5 times, digitally with instant approval for eligible clients.

Berlin, 22 June 2022 – Airbus and the CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at ILA Berlin 2022 to open a center of excellence for cybersecurity and trustworthy artificial intelligence in Saarland, Germany. The “CISPA-Airbus Digital Innovation Hub” will be located at the CISPA Innovation Campus in St. Ingbert and will start operations this year with the intention to grow to around 100 experts within the next three years. In the long term, Airbus and the CISPA are jointly aiming to grow the competence center to more than 500 experts.

MusclePharm Announces Private Placement of $2.5 Million Senior Secured Notes

LAS VEGAS, June 06, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — MusclePharm Corporation (“MusclePharm” or the “Company”) (OTCPINK: MSLP), a global provider of leading sports nutrition and lifestyle branded nutritional supplements, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with certain institutional and accredited investors pursuant to which the Company has increased its October 2021 offering to provide for the issuance and sale of an additional Senior Secured Notes and warrants (the “Offering”). The definitive agreements provide for the issuance and sale of an additional $3,081,875 in principal amount of 20% Original Issue Discount Senior Secured Notes (the “Notes”), resulting in gross proceeds to the Company of approximately $2,465,500. The Notes will be due six months from the issuance date. In addition, the Company has agreed to issue the investors five-year warrants to purchase up to 22,013,393 shares of the Company’s common stock which warrants will be exercisable immediately at an exercise price of $0.2310 per share. DAMAC Properties to participate at Cityscape Qatar

Doha, Qatar, 17 June 2022: Leading real estate developer DAMAC Properties premiers this year at the ninth edition of Cityscape Qatar to be held from June 20-22, and will showcase a range of their prime products from its portfolio.

Held under the patronage of the Prime Minister, His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdul Aziz Al Thani, the exhibition will take place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, located in The West Bay in Doha, and will gather the region’s established and upcoming companies and consultancies in the real estate sector.

At the exhibition, DAMAC will present a range of its iconic developments for visitors and prospective investors including the DAMAC Tower Nine Elms London, Dubai-based Cavalli Tower and DAMAC Lagoons as well as Burj DAMAC Seaviews in Qatar.

Mercedes-AMG rounds off its range of exclusive special editions with versions for the GLE SUV and Coupé

Affalterbach.  Mercedes-AMG is celebrating its 55th anniversary with six “Edition 55” special models based on the GLE SUV and GLE Coupé in this demanding market segment as well. The customers have the advantage that exquisite equipment scopes and details that are only available for the “Edition 55” make this limited-edition model particularly desirable. The anniversary models are available to order now until December 2022. The colour selection with obsidian black metallic or MANUFAKTUR diamond white bright, the special car film, the 22-inch AMG forged wheels and the specific trim parts in carbon matt black underscore the classy and exclusive appearance.

As a special identifying feature of the “Edition 55”, both sides of the vehicle feature special car film with the AMG emblem and an AMG diamond. Further exciting contrasts are provided by the 22-inch forged AMG cross‑spoke wheels, painted matt tantalum grey with high-sheen rim flange. The wheel hub covers with “Edition 55” lettering and laurel wreath testify to great attention to detail.

With the AMG Night Package, selected exterior elements are finished in high-gloss black. Depending on the selected paint colour, this results in bold contrasts or fluid transitions. High-gloss black is used for the front splitter and the trim strip of the AMG front apron, the exterior mirror housings, the window surrounds and the trim strip of the AMG rear apron. Added to this are heat-insulating dark-tinted glass aft of the B-pillar and two black chrome-plated twin tailpipe trims.

An exclusive detail for connoisseurs is the fuel filler cap in silver chrome with AMG lettering: This classy element is only revealed when the fuel filler cap is opened.

The interior is characterised by the contrast of black and red. Stainless steel door sill trims with red illuminated AMG lettering welcome driver and passengers. To match, the black AMG floor mats made of high‑quality velour feature red contrasting stitching and “Edition 55” lettering woven in red. The AMG Performance steering wheel in DINAMICA microfibre also commemorates the anniversary with the “AMG” and “55” badges and underscores the impression of the special models as exclusive collector’s items. The AMG seats are upholstered in two-tone nappa leather AMG in red pepper/black. When equipped with exclusive nappa leather AMG, the door panels and centre console are also designed in this colour combination (standard on GLE 63 S 4MATIC+, optional on GLE 53 4MATIC+ and GLE 63 4MATIC+). The hand rest in the centre console is enhanced with an embossed AMG crest. The luxurious, sporty ambience of the interior is rounded off by the AMG trim elements in carbon matt black.

The scope of delivery of the “Edition 55” also includes a tailor-made AMG Indoor Car Cover. With its breathable outer panelling made of tear-resistant synthetic fibre fabric and antistatic inner fabric made of flannel, it protects the vehicle in the garage from dust and scratches.

Munich. Rugged cliffs, deep valleys, raging rivers and the breathtaking Mediterranean coastline are the challenging terrain of the BMW Motorrad International GS Trophy from 4 to 10 September 2022 in Albania. The country is still considered a real insider’s tip for off-road adventures, and this year 126 models of the R 1250 GS Trophy Competition, specially built for this event, will be available to the participating enduro riders from all over the world.

Superior thrust and power as well as customised equipment for challenging adventures in the most difficult terrain.

While the BMW F 850 GS was used as the competition bike at the last International GS Trophy in 2020, BMW Motorrad is returning to the competition with the R 1250 GS Trophy Competition featuring the flat-twin boxer engine. This offers the original, superior power delivery, beefy torque and maximum traction for the sometimes very demanding off-road passages, which often require riding in low gear. In addition to boasting an exclusive two-tone paint finish in Lightwhite uni / Gravityblue metallic matt in combination with specially designed GS Trophy stickers, the R 1250 GS Trophy Competition heads into the seven-day adventure featuring a whole series of changes made especially for this competition. For the model year 2023 the R 1250 GS will also be offered in this two-tone paint finish.

For example, this year’s BMW International GS Trophy Competition Bike features, among other things, a robust enduro engine guard made of aluminium, a headlight protection guard, cylinder head covers that are particularly well protected against damage and a TFT display that is secured against damage in a fall and from falling rocks. The particularly robust enduro footrests from the R 1250 GS Adventure and adjustable gearshift and footbrake levers are just as much in keeping with the tough off-road use ahead of the bikes. Metzeler Karoo 4 tyres are mounted on the cross-spoke wheels, replacing the standard Karoo 3 tyres to ensure the best possible grip on difficult terrain. Sports windshield, rally seat and Akrapovic rear silencer round off the equipment of the competition vehicle.

Small Tank Bag Adventure Collection as a practical companion during long exhausting riding days.

With its 5 litre capacity, the small tank bag from the new Adventure Bag Collection offers the International GS Trophy participants another practical storage option for all kinds of utensils and some food and drink for the road. Thanks to its fasteners, it can be used as a rear bag on the R 1250 GS Trophy Competition. A waterproof inner bag, water-repellent and lockable two-way zips on the main compartment, a zipped lid pocket and a cable opening for a charging cable to the inside are further useful details of the Small Adventure Collection Tank Bag.
